The IEEE Meetings, Conferences & Events group (MCE) consists of several teams that support IEEE event-related activities. MCE is a dedicated partner made up of event industry experts driven to shape innovative and high-quality events.
Our Expertise
MCE has expertise in hospitality, finance, and operations dedicated to the continuous improvement of infrastructure and services. MCE specializes in event management including registration, audience development, and program design; as well as sponsorship, publications, and financial management for more than 2,000 annual events worldwide.

From intimate gatherings to large-scale events, MCE supports a wide range of formats, audiences, and needs.
Meetings
MCE teams offer you professional support for administrative and governance meetings of major IEEE boards through expense management and planning.
Conferences
MCE provides oversight of the entire business infrastructure for IEEE conferences. Conferences are technical or professional meetings that have a budgeted income or expense of greater than USD $25,000. Conferences can include Symposia, Workshops, Short Courses, Expositions, Conventions, and/or Tutorials.
Events
MCE produces full scale events, both in-person and digital, as well as panels and various add-ons.
Governance Support
MCE also supports the IEEE Conferences Committee, Ad Hocs, and other committees as required.
