How to Use the Resources on This Site
Many of the visitors to this page are in different stages of engagement with IEEE conferences. Whatever perspective you are coming from, we hope to help you navigate the way forward to planning a successful conference. The resources on this web site are modular and can be adapted to meet the unique needs of your conference.
The steps and sequence to organizing an IEEE conference depends on factors such as the type, size, and sponsorship of your conference; whether it is a new or annual event; and where you as an organizer fit in. Many of our society and geographic unit sponsors have custom requirements as well. If you’re ever wondering what specific requirements apply to your event you can always visit the homepage for your sponsoring Organizational Unit (OU) to learn more about their guidelines.
