Collecting Copyright
As conference organizers begin preparing for their conferences’ paper submission process, it is advised that IEEE authors of the conference intending to publish in the IEEE Xplore® digital library must provide a transfer of copyright. IEEE Meetings, Conferences & Events (MCE) will reach out to conference organizers with the initial steps in the copyright registration process after the Letter of Acquisition has been sent.
An email to register for the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) will be sent to the Publications Chair, 90 days prior to notice of acceptance date. If the Publications Chair wants to begin this process prior to the 90 day of notice of acceptance date they can contact

Once the eCF form is completed, the IEEE Intellectual Property Rights Office will contact organizers to complete their site setup.
