Conference Organizers have the option to create their own IEEE Xplore®-compliant conference content or hire a fee-based vendor.  

A publications service company can help you produce conference publications that meet IEEE guidelines for distribution at your conference and for posting on the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.

You may prepare your publication yourself. IEEE Publishing Technology Resources provides tools and specifications for vendors and conferences to submit publications for processing.

No Vendor – Conference Prepares Content

No fee is associated with this option. The conference organizing committee (typically the Publications Chair) prepares the publication using IEEE tools, such as IEEE PDF eXpress
